The Records (of "Starry Eyes" and "Teenarama" fame) are playing The East End Club in Portland on the 18th and then going to Seattle to play The Comet Tavern. They call themselves John Wicks and The Records these days (Wicks is the one who wrote all those memorable hooks back in the day) and this should be VERY entertaining. And it's a lot cheaper than the $80 ticket price for EC and the Police!" From our reader Rich –
