I agree with you on that and to simply put it, they create music that one can relate to. Call it reality rap, real rap, sh!t you can vibe to, or whatever; at the end of the day, they’re creating that good music.

I will say that I have a long list of 'favorite' or 'preferred' NW hip hop groups. Grayskul is definitely on that list, as well as Cancer Rising, Dyme Def, Blue Scholars, Grieves and Type, Silent Lambs...ect. I won't even get into solo artists. Being out and about in the scene I have witnessed just about everybody perform and copped just about every cd there is to buy. We have A LOT of good hip hop in this town (I see a 206-hop 101 class coming up soon) The Physics have a little something extra that I can relate to.
